Our Story
The Sydney property market is a fierce, uncompromising place. After more than a decade in property law, Nicky Stein (founder and principal solicitor) wanted to help buyers and sellers move through these critical transactions with a greater level of support and single focused expertise.
In 2011, Key Property Lawyers was born. What began in a small study with a single desk and one person handling it all, soon became a busy conveyancing practice built on reputation and word of mouth.
Who We Are
We are a boutique specialist property law firm. While we may have outgrown that little study with the solitary desk, we still pride ourselves on offering the same dedicated service that was provided to that very first client over 10 years ago.
There may be more help for administrative and clerical duties now, but when you employ Key Property Lawyers, you are still guaranteed to have Nicky herself overseeing your file from beginning to end.
Our core values (Accessible, Client Centric, Efficient) have never changed. They are there to remind ourselves of how we manage things differently to other law firms and how important the work we do is for our clients.
Finally, we don't advertise ... never have, never will ... the satisfaction of our clients and partners represent our voice in the market; and we believe word of mouth is better than paying to be heard any day of the week. It also means we don't have additional overheads that would get passed on to our clients in the form of higher fees.
